You’ve probably asked yourself, “Am I slipping too much? Does this mean I’m failing?”
Let me make this simple… it doesn’t matter how often you slip or how “extreme” you think your situation is.
Slips are expected early in the process. I mean, every man who rebuilds himself from this behavior falls a few times before he learns to stand firm.
The goal here isn’t perfection but PROGRESS.
What matters isn’t that you slipped. What matters is how fast you bounce back, what you learn, and how you adjust your plan so it doesn’t happen again.
Every slip gives you data about your triggers, your emotions, your stress points. When you treat that data seriously, you stop repeating mistakes and start building mastery.
That’s how you break the cycle… not by pretending to be perfect, but by learning faster than you fall.
Watch the video and I’ll walk you through what “normal” looks like during your reboot, how to bounce back the right way, and how to turn every slip into progress.
